Orders will be shipped within 1 to 7 business days following receipt of the order.

Untracked shipments are sent via Canada Post. Please note that delivery times can take up to two weeks.

Tracked shipments are sent via various delivery companies such as UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 days. All orders with free shipping will be sent with tracking.

Express tracked shipments are generally delivered within 1 to 2 days.Pick up in store

Orders placed online can also be picked up at our store free of charge. In-store pick-up is the quickest option to collect your jewelry.

ReturnsReturn Processing

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 days after receiving your product to exchange or return it.Return Conditions

• The product must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
• Exchanges can be made by mail at your expense or in-store.
